How do I know if coaching is right for me?
Coaching is for you if you feel like you’ve lost yourself, overthink your next step, or sense there’s more to life but don’t know how to find it. You don’t need to have answers — just a willingness to explore.
Do I need to know exactly what I want before starting?
No. Most women come to coaching because they don’t know what they want yet. That’s what we figure out together. Feeling lost is often the starting point, not a problem.
Is this coaching just for mums?
I work mainly with women in their 30s and 40s who feel they’ve lost themselves after becoming mothers. If that resonates with you, you’re in the right place.
What actually happens in a coaching session?
Each session is a calm, supportive space where we explore what’s going on for you, what’s holding you back, and what you want next. We focus on clarity, confidence, and small steps that fit your life — no pressure, no judgment.
Will you tell me what to do?
No. This isn’t advice or therapy. I’ll guide you with thoughtful questions, reflections, and tools so you can make decisions that feel right for you.
Do I have to leave my job, relationship, or family?
Absolutely not. This coaching is about rebuilding you within the life you already have — unless you decide otherwise.
What if I’m scared of failing or getting it wrong?
That’s completely normal — and very common for the women I work with. Coaching helps you take gentle, confident steps without overwhelming yourself or risking everything at once.
How many sessions will I need?
That depends on what you want. Some women start with a single 90-minute reset to gain clarity. Others choose a 4- or 12-week programme for deeper support and change.
Is everything confidential?
Yes. Everything discussed in coaching is completely confidential, except in rare circumstances where there is a risk of harm.
