How do I know if coaching is right for me?
Coaching is ideal if you feel life is happening to you rather than for you, sense a gap between where you are and where you want to be, or struggle to stick to decisions. It’s perfect if you’re ready to explore new ideas and take responsibility for creating the life you want.
What is coaching?
Coaching is a structured partnership to help you clarify goals, overcome obstacles, and take action. Together, we’ll uncover patterns, create actionable steps, and build tools to maintain accountability.
What coaching is not
Coaching is not advice, mentoring, or therapy. If coaching isn’t right for you at this time, we’ll explore other options to ensure you get the support you need.
How does coaching work?
Sessions use a structured approach like the GROW model: Goals, Reality, Options, Way Forward. I guide you through questions and reflection, without judgment or advice.
What happens during a session?
Sessions are usually 60 minutes (Zoom or in-person). You’ll review progress, set goals, explore your current situation, consider options, agree on actions, and summarize outcomes.
Who else will know what is discussed?
All sessions are confidential under the Coaching Code of Conduct. Exceptions only occur in extreme circumstances (e.g., intent to harm yourself or others).
How many sessions will I need and how often?
This depends on your goals. Many clients benefit from at least 4 sessions; 12-week programmes offer deeper transformation. Sessions are every week or every 2 weeks, with flexibility to suit your schedule.
